Hmm me likey colonial pikin Come see me see something lol. See as dem abuse the chic finish. Chic I read the entire conversation but I usually don't comment on these kind of situations....I done tire for Black men-Black women wahala...see the joro olumofin guy just had to insult her by calling her a black pig .The chic is wrong for insulting the two guys and I just find the two guys went overboard....I understand their anger but I find it was unnecessary. You understand their anger? I really don't. I think a light reprimand would have suffice. The problem with Nigerians in informative positions, be it women or men, is that they believe they have the power to take others down. This is naija, every man for himself. I understand that they had to knock down the potential bully, else she'd do it again and again. However, I don't understand the emotional verocity behind their attacks. Seems like this aint her first time attacking them sha. Just surprised that a man is behind the long epistle.

Please don't give Shymmex extra ammunition against Yoruba girls. I think he'd rather date a crocodile than a Yoruba girl. Look we're just packed with extra goodness, that's why we gotta share it with ya lots. Never had a thing for Owambe sha, just poor people borrowing money to impress other people they don't like. Anyway, you said your experience was horrible.....wetin dey do you? Ki na se? The Owambe chics or Socialite as they tag themselves now are sad beings. Although, If I was to put together a Jersey shore kinda show in Yoruba, I did rake in millions. The Oju-aiye, gossips, kai!! 24/7. The young ones are still ok, the aunties on the other hand...kai! I swear, If I start a blog to detail the scandals and gossips I hear from the girls, you will think I'm anti-Yoruba. NOTE: Owambe chics are different from Yoruba chics. Infact, some of the owambe chics I know in the UK are not Yoruba sef. Some are calabar and Ibo girls. You find edo ones too, but with their spoken yoruba, you would think they are Yorubas. So you don't like owambe..nice to know. I got sick and tired of it. It is just pointless. Nothing to gain from, except to see all sort of drama. The last one I attended had this Yoruba aunty belittling this sexy ass Yoruba young chic. Telling her she has odor, inside toilet. How do you smell person odor inside toilet? The one before that, one married woman was fucking another married man. She came to the party alone, but the lover came with his wife. Come see tensions, all over!! The shameless woman didn't leave. Eye rollings and shit!!!!!!!!!kkai!! I swear!Believe it or not, I'm an introvert. I've never liked being in a crowd lol, my mom used to emotionally manipulate me to join parties Good old days lol. I don't believe the bold. In a Yoruba setting, fucking a married man? I know how Yorubas can destroy pesin life with gossip, so why would she wanna risk it? I just don't like being in a Nigerian environment.....most of them are mean, gossipy people from across all tribes. Won ti ni igberaga ju.

I see what you mean, I get your point. Reminds me of how Nigerians insult Ghanaians' gorgeous darkskin. I hope you don't give up on Nigeria...... We need to take you for a visit.

Maybe America has a different Yoruba crowd. There is one Youtube audio of two married yoruba women fighting over one useless asshole, who targets married women for a living. The low down of what started the fight was at a party in Ireland. Gba be! the conservative Yorubas are dying species.

But Yoruba women tend to go extra extra mile with their own ameboish game, especially the it comes to belittling themselves(fellow yoruba sisters) or Yoruba guys. Thank God I don't follow the owambe crowds, but I have dated some, and it is horrible. Please don't give Shymmex extra ammunition against Yoruba girls. I think he'd rather date a crocodile than a Yoruba girl.

I don't really know how Nigerians behave apart from what I went through as a kid/teen or what I read online. I have them as friends on FB, but na long-distance friendship. I don't party with them, I don't go out with them nor engage with them. Once again, I have my reasons. I don't like explaining my every move to anyone, but with Nigerians, they think they're owed an explanation. If they see you with a guy, they talk. If they see you excel, they hate. If they see you with what they wish they had, they jelos. If they see you in misery, they "eyah" happily. I have two close Nigerian friends (Yoruba + Igbo guys) and that's enough for me. I like them because they don't gossip, hate or judge.

Wow! Oga o! I'm just reading the whole comment section on Bella Naija! What has Yoruba guys have to do with this? Lmao! Any girl with a bad experience with just one Yoruba guy, equates it with all. Are these girls even Yoruba? If they are not, then no problem. "Maitamachic January 26, 2016 at 5:34 pm
I once had a yoruba guy who was asking me out, insult me in the most vile of ways. Even if all the craziness he was spewing was untrue, it still hurt to the bone. Just like in this case, his retaliation for something wrong I said to him was beyond astronomical. Thank God I dodged that bullet. I sincerely pity the unfortunate women who are going to end up with these 2 manchildren. smh"

When you guys should have been dealing with them, una dey act like na medal una win when they call una "heartbreakers". Now it's branching off into something bigger than you've envisioned. Some comments from Yoruba guys were "It's not easy to be wanted", "it's not our fault, we show women love" etc. Verrrrrryyy annoying.

Her Highness What's wrong with ya Yoruba sisters? Everything I alluded to just happened in naija. Nothing wrong with Yoruba sisters. WHat's wrong with the chic and others like her? Let's not pretend that this ameboish is exclusive to Yoruba women. Not gonna bother reading that long azz reply sha. Yoruba chics just don't know how to talk to people.

Yoruba chics just don't know how to talk to people. Here we go again.... I hear How are we supposed to talk to people? On our knees with our face down? The chic is "journalist" or "media amebo", she's doing what's gonna bring traffic to her site. Should we now start generalizing Yoruba men? Look I'm not gonna even go down that route else we want to start a gender war between Yoruba people......makes no sense.
