One of the local newspapers wrote an article on Breadfruit awhile ago so thought I'll share it as I found it quite informative and I believe knowledge is power 
.Right now UWI is doing research on Breadfruit flour and how it can be used to replace wheat flour so as to reduce our imports.I tried a couple of products they made using breadfruit flour for their Research Expo...tasted quite good lol.I guess as time goes on I'll be adding breadfruit resources on this thread.
