Shymmex, Do you have an iphone watch or any sports watch like fitbit? I'm trying to decide on which one to buy. Carrying my phone while jogging is a hassle. Which would you recommend?

Diet: I've been off of dairy products (i.e milk & cheese) for a while now. Lactose sensitive, so I'm not missing anything. Been substituting sugar for honey. And let me tell ya, 2tsp of honey gives you the zap. I need to implement more vegies in my diet (gosh, I just hate the smell of vegetables). Add avacado & probiotic yogurts to diet. Activia yogurts don't make my belly cry, so good for lactose sensitivity. For the ladies, yogurt bacteria is good for the ya know Drinks Warm water + lemon Tea + honey Gym1.5 hr (jogging + weight) Getting my bike this weekend cuz my friend just bought his. I'm super excited about this, omggg, haven't biked since 2014.

Will be asking you a lot of questions too. It's all yours. I want to post something broad...but I just don't have time and I'm all over the place right now. Hopefully, I'll find the inspiration to do it one of these days. Keep shooting.

I have been trying to do this for weeks now and I think I’ve got about 30 minutes to spare today, to kick off the gym routine. I’ll start off with something that’s more or less a preamble – with weekly updates on how to lead a healthy lifestyle and keep fit. Hopefully, the amazing Her Highness will also contribute from time to time. For guys looking to gain muscles – it’s always better to use the free weights (dumbbells and bench press) more often. They help in building muscles faster than the bars, rings/strings, and other machine assisted gym equipment. And always endeavour to train muscles and parts of the body that are intertwined – on separate days to achieve the best results. For example: when training your chest, also train your triceps – and when training your back, train your biceps. Then you can train your legs and shoulders the same day. That’s how I train and my schedule cuts across 6 days a week. Now let’s get started.: Workout Nutrition for Muscle Gain
- Whey protein supplement and creatine. - Meals with high protein (chicken, pork, and fish). - Oatmeal. - Cheese. - Egg whites. - A lot of vegetables. How to Lose Weight
- Treadmill: spend at least 30 minutes on this daily. - Cycling bike: spend another 30 minutes on this .- Indo-Row Rowing Machine: another 30 minutes on this . That’s basically an hour and half…and it’s the average time most people spend in the gym. And as you get used to the routine – you can extend it to two hours, depending on how bad you want to lose weight. Also, the beauty of it is that, once you start seeing results, you’ll feel inspired to go harder. Don’t fret: nobody likes going to the gym at first cos of the stress and pain involved. So you just have to find the interest from somewhere and force yourself into the routine. After a month and with noticeable results, it’ll most likely become part of you. The beauty of cardio in weight loss is that: once you’re able to burn more calories than you consume daily…you’re losing weight. It’s just basically a process of elimination by subtraction. As time goes on, I’ll start posting comprehensive workout routines on different gym equipment with pictures. I believe that will give folks an insight on how to get the best out of these equipment and help them understand how they work.

Shymmex I'm scared of falling off the treadmill, so I usually just set it to s speed that allows me to walk fast. I prefer jogging on solid ground. To anyone else afraid of treadmill, you're not alone. How can we get over this fear?

I 'm not on a diet and I hate temporary bandage. I try out healthy food alternatives and I keep the ones I like. Original Food | Substitute | Sugar | Honey | Rice | Green plantain (cooked in the mircowave) | Eggs/bacon | Oatmeal + almond/walnuts + honey | Fast food | like twice per month (I just cook and take to work) |
