Short_Biscuit are there any new structures being erected in IB? That crimson court area make sense gan I can't say specifically. But I'm sure things are happening. Wish we had some folks on ground there that can give us better updates.

A good example of what those dilapidated Ibadan and Abeokuta old houses cold look like with restoration. With this particular one, the roofing is the only thing left on this particular building that needs an uplift, and I swear it would look like a building in old Rome or New Orleans. This is the family house of someone, who actually lives in Lagos, but decided to give his . "village home" a facelift. Just Imagine thousands of these lined up street after street in different colors and designs.... fucking tourist Jackpot for the South-West. Man can dream

Another Exemplification of what I just wrote about Above. This is another one of those old ugly buildings, that has undergone a facelift and now seem to have been converted into a lodge of some sorts. How beautiful and classy. With a lot of history behind it as well.. Chaiiii.... I wish someone can buy up all those buildings and just upgrade them all.

True words Ogbeni Ogunnaike Like that rainbow village in Indonesia that became a tourist attraction. I think this is something the government can enforce or something that could be done by someone who actually cares. Lol Like...good folks can go to these communities and donate free buckets of paint. There was even a time LASG enforced a rule that all Lagosians must paint their houses. Those who failed to do it were penalized
