How did Yoruba guys give Igbos the right to taunt and insult Yoruba girls on NL, when most Yoruba chics on NL are the ones who're always chasing Igbo guys around and pleading with them? You just want Yoruba guys to defend Yoruba chics all the time - but ain't no Yoruba guy got time for that, though I've defended Yoruba women a few times on NL. I don't care about frivolities but there are loads of Yoruba guys out there with no affinity whatsoever with Yoruba chics. And even when they try, it's just never there. I know a lot of folks like that. Heck, even your Ekiti brothers, ekt_bear and 2legit2qwt used to allude to the same thing on NL. It's either you click/connect with folks or you don't. You can't force what isn't there Personally, I just don't connect with naija chics (though my level on patience varies from group to group) in general like that cos they'll always do/say something that will piss me off and their mentality isn't the type of mentality I want to be around 24/7. It's all about being true to yourself and keeping it real, without trying to put them down. That doesn't mean folks don't appreciate Yoruba women for their achievements and how great they're. Well, the fact that you've seen the opposite also shows that ya hypothesis is wrong. Also, didn't you allude to ya Ibadan friend being half-Hausa? How come she aligns with her Yoruba side than the Hausa side? I'm talking about you specifically. Many of your posts have been used as a verification standard against Yoruba girls. If you still don't understand, then let's end this conversation here. Im not asking for your defense, but if all you'be got are negative comments, then keep that to yourself. I don't see white men taking up arms to against their women.I don't see Igbo or Hausa men doing it either. I guess that's what makes Yorubas sophisticated. Like OmoAkin stated, they've began the gender war between Yorubas. Once you don't value what you have, divide and conquer is imminent. I don't know about ekt_bear, but I know 2legit personally and that's not his mentality. Even then, I don't see him going around telling the world how Yoruba girls are of lesser value. Look it is what it is. Like every tribe out there, Yoruba men have their flaws. I'd still stake my tent with them, o son of Israel. Bwahahahahahahaha How so? I call myself the Duke of Igbo chics the same way I go everywhere calling myself the Duke of Ibadan chics. So how do I denigrate Yoruba chics? Heck, I've defended Yoruba chics more than anyone I know on NL. I don't see any gender war here - folks just need to understand the concept of connection/affinity. You can never force what isn't there. Yes, there's a Yoruba chic with the same affinity - she'll obviously be the preference due to the same heritage. However, if there's none - why force folks to make decisions that will make them unhappy? And can you cite examples of where anyone ever alluded to Yoruba chics being of lesser value?

You're the only one on NL I've noticed enough to be alarmed by his comments about Yoruba girls. That Ibadan chic thing is just recent. Ask onila the likes of onila how she likes using your posts regarding Yoruba girls as reference. I repeat, I'm not forcing any affinity. You can date whoever you want without going around to devalue your women. I think you know that I've dated outside of my tribe/race, but I've never found myself calling out Yoruba men because of my preference. I don't blame them for my preference nor do I tell the word that I value them less. Should a social media war break out (never indulge in such), I'd still stake my claim with Yoruba. Igbo girls, who prefer Yoruba men to Igbo men, would still side with Igbo men. White men who find Asians more exotic, would still fight for white women.

Onila just has a problem with Yoruba chics, the same way she has a problem with Igbo men - that has nothing to do with me. So cos I must have said some of these Yoruba chics don't know how to talk to people one time (which is true) or alluded to their love for owanbe parties (which isn't my thing) - that means I go around devaluing Yoruba women? Shiit, I just posted the truth on thread perhaps cos some Yoruba chic pissed me off and, I didn't even go beyond the razor mouth and owanbe-ism. I kept it real like a real G should. And I've since moved on from that episode. How's the Duke of Ibadan chics a recent thing? I've been saying that for time though. I don't even like Igbo chics like, though I tend to connect with them more in the real world. But that doesn't negate the fact that I've said worse things about them on NL than I've ever said about Yoruba chics. I don't care for naija chics - Igbo, Yoruba, Fulani, Edo or whatever. I ride with Yoruba all the time. But if a war were to ever break out between Yoruba chics and Igbo/Fulani/Hausa/Edo guys, or Igbo/Edo/Hausa etc. chics vs. Yoruba chics - count me out of that shiit. I'll definitely avoid it like a rash. With the mouths on Yoruba chics - they should be able to fight their own wars and come out victorious. Heck, they'll throw an owanbe party to celebrate the victory. Jk Jk Jk Jk Attachments:

I just alluded to how a lot of them are insolent and how they love owanbe too much. And I never lied. Lol. I've always asserted that I don't feel a natural connection to naija chics, especially the Yoruba ones. I don't like their attitude and their mentality. Though they falls on my laps all the time. I don't think I owe anyone an apology for that or I need to inconvenient myself and jeopardise my own comfort to start chasing Yoruba chics everywhere lol.

And that is cos I do a lot of banter lol. Just let Yoruba guys be and conquer far and wide. The chics are free to do the same and a lot of them are out there chasing Biafrans everywhere lol. Don't knock the hustle and people deserve to be happy.

If that's too much to ask, just say so and let's keep it moving.

Aren't those the same women on NL always jumping from one Biafran thread to the other begging Igbos to stay in Nigeria like Yorubas need to survive? The same clowns who think Igbos are industrious? Err, I still remember a thread where some Yoruba chic posted the dumbest shiit ever about Yorubas in Lagos providing the land and atmosphere, while Igbo men are the productive ones who know how to turn everything into money cos they have superior business acumen compared to Yoruba men. And those are the obnoxious type of women you're calling my women? - hysterical. I don't care for Yoruba women. I only care about Yoruba.

At the end of the day, no matter who they marry - they'll always make Yoruba kids.

When it's time for the country to break apart, inter-tribal marriage won't stop it. Folks in old Yugoslavia, Soviet Union and Czechoslovakia were more intertwined, but that didn't stop them from breaking apart. Or are Nigerians more intertwined than the UK? If not for how they rigged the referendum - Scotland would be an independent country today. Tutsis and Hutus are basically the same people but that didn't stop them from committing genocide and almost wiping each other out.
