Do you remember eating this fruit as a kid? Shymmex , during your naija visits, ever had a taste of yummy goodness?? What's the Yoruba word for this fruit? I used to crack the cashew shells with rock...back them it was fun sha. No. I'm not really a fruits guy, apart from bananas and apples.

I used to eat it a lot as a child...near to our home had a lot of cashew trees.Ate it both raw and as cashew chow...I love chow .Ate it also as cashew jam.I done tire for cashew tho as I ate too much as a child.I don't like the nut however.Only thing is the juice stains your clothing so you have to be careful whilst eating it.That's how chow look btw but that is pommecythere chow...

I used to eat it a lot as a child...near to our home had a lot of cashew trees.Ate it both raw and as cashew chow...I love chow .Ate it also as cashew jam.I done tire for cashew tho as I ate too much as a child.I don't like the nut however.Only thing is the juice stains your clothing so you have to be careful whilst eating it.That's how chow look btw but that is pommecythere chow... That looks so yummy!!! I can imagine how sweet it'd taste.

Her Highness chow is not something that taste sweet btw.It is salty and peppery if you add them.Its a snack we grew up eating.Its basically made whereby you chop up various fruits into small pieces,add salt,black pepper,hot pepper ,shado beni,garlic and some water for sauce and voila you have different types of chow.The green stuff you are seeing in the pic is shado beni,white pieces garlic and the red pieces hot pepper o.

Her Highness chow is not something that taste sweet btw.It is salty and peppery if you add them.Its a snack we grew up eating.Its basically made whereby you chop up various fruits into small pieces,add salt,black pepper,hot pepper ,shado beni,garlic and some water for sauce and voila you have different types of chow.The green stuff you are seeing in the pic is shado beni,white pieces garlic and the red pieces hot pepper o. Sounds good. If it's not sweet, do you guys use the unripened fruit?
