Ileke hates Olamide because he didn't feature her crush'es@ Vector and Reminishekini LMAOOOO I actually don't hate Olamide nau, I actually like some of his songs i.e Eleda Mi, Bobo. However, this is supposed to be a culture song; the video was sound, but the lyrics sounds like garbage. I just couldn't roll with it. The beat sucked too. But be honest, Vector or Remi would have rocked it. In fact my first hubby, Brymo, would have knocked it out of the park. My morning music

Ogbeni Ogunnaike, The lyrics ain't thrash. At least, they ain't thrash to me. I understand all what he said in that song. Besides, Olamide has always insisted that he sings for the "streetz". You either accept him for who he is or you just ignore him.

The video had a symbolical part to what he wanted to portray in the lyrics. It's not like beyonce's formation at all. He released the vidz on his birthday from what I've gathered. The guy basically is saying he will live long regardless of what his enemies and haterz say about him. Having Egungun in the background shows the part of his ancestors guiding and protecting him. The horseman is the spiritual warrior, probably Ogun embedded inside him. Vector or Reminishekini have their own musical capabalities but this is Olamide's song. I'm a fan of Brymo too. The idiot I can never follow is that fool calling himself 'Yoruba boy, Ibo sense'.

I think he came out before Olamide sef. All of a sudden, I started seeing some self hating yoroba boys calling themselves igwe on twitter. Then they started this whole Yoruba boy, Ibo sense which means Ibo sense is hustle sense, while the Yoruba sense is rubbish and lazy. Sha! I'm glad no one hears his music. I will never patronize an omo ale.

Some Yoruba's are stewpeed sha. Self hatred is a disease of the mind. The first place I saw this Yoruba boy Ibo sense thing, was in a music video by the Ibo rapper called Illbiss. The way they tagged the two yoruba boys at the end was just dehumanizing(sound sultan and one other guy). I was rooting for Jhybo, even looking forward to his gig in the UK but the way I see it, no one knows him here at all. Jhybo is not the only one I've noticed in that industry. You have the one calling himself Sound sultan. I've noticed how he gets placed at the back of every picture he takes with Ibo artists like psquare and 2face. The Yoroba bonboy smile with this guy is very laughable. Playing second fiddle to those that met you in the industry. Then you have Funke Akindele. The real tragedy of all. Funke produced one of the most successful movies ever in that country, Jenifa. She had successful follow ups. Then she became a cross over actress, and all she gets to play now is an illiterate Yoruba coon. What Yorubas are going through in terms of self identity is very similar to the black americans. Only problem is we have no excuse for slavery. When I told my ex that funke was a Yoruba coon, she thought I was been a tribalist and sexist, now she won't watch Funke's film anymore even though they are both dark skinned Yoruba women. I don't know how much Funke makes in her movie as of date, but I can bet the only money she is making comes from endorsement, as her best will always be Jenifa. Then you have that FAT morbid one and the bleached one always playing illiterate yoruba beauty in bovi's skits. The list goes one... Yorubas, from the Obas to the elders to the politicians to the celebrities have lost the plot.
