Lool. Everything is out here...cooking is just the problem. I depend on my mum and sisters for cooked food when I need the home-made naija food. I just need to get the handle of making efo riro and proper ogbono - then I'm blessed. I love pounded yam so much and once I can get those two, it's pounded yam and I forever.

Ileke wants to expose me and my indomie skills . I make the best noodles and not just indomie
I will put a post up cooking my favourite meal i.e. pan fried sea bass and indomie noodles (onion flavour).
I made banana loaf for the first time yesterday (picture attached) and it wasn't great but hopefully next time will be better.
LOL!! You can cook indomine, that's one more dish that Honorebu can't cook Did you cook the banana loaf from scratch or from a mixer?

My favorite Nigerian foods OmoOba , what's your favorite Nigerian food? Mine: Iyan + Ila (I prefer ila to egusi). I love ila like kilode. Jollof rice + goat meat Honestly, I don't like amala, but I prefer the white version (lafun). Lafun tastes better than iyan lol. I don't care for eba much, can't remember the last time I ate it. Mehn I miss the days when I'd call my mom to send me cooked every weekend (bus brings it within 6 hours). My mom really enabled my lazy behind. I love that woman die. "Mom I'm hungry".... "When is the next bus coming? I'll cook and send it before I go to work" and sometimes she gets to work late because of me. Now I gotta cook for myself. *cries*
