I have marked her down as frontier-Yoruba, an African-American clearly wearing her heart on sleeve. Until proven otherwise - not that it really matters - she is of Yoruba descent.

The rate at which folks from different parts of the world are beginning to identify with Yoruba as a language, culture or ethnic group amazes me.
Apparently, there's something beautiful about Yoruba that pulls everyone, yes?
I'm starting to think Yoruba pulls more outsiders into it than any other ethnic group in Africa.
