Guyz, looks like Ogun is the new Rivers state o. From the exponential growth seen for just first half of 2015, Ogun looks set to double its IGR Figure for 2016 o. From 34.59 Million for all of 2015, it was already at 56.298 Million by the first half of last year (2016) Lagos too is growing strong and steady. Oyo is stagnant - probably no update yet. Osun too has already surpassed its entire 2015 figures by June 2016. Ondo and Ekiti had not yet made the same values for 2015 as at half quarter 2016. Full figures to be released in April would be interesting. www.nigerianstat.gov.ng/report/497Honorebu, omohayek, Belmot, omohayek, ajanaku, Short_Biscuit, oduastates,

I'm really excited about this Short_Biscuit , . REALLY EXCITED! It's been a while I read some positive stuff concerning Ogun state Tbh, I was expecting it to be lower than that due to recession.I expect Rivers to record higher figures though As for Delta, we all saw it coming. Came earlier than we expected I'd love to see what comes from Oyo state. Quite strange to see Osun generating more than most states despite all the tribulations Ondo-same old stuff. Has everything needed but still a waste. Ekiti gbosh plate, no surprises.

It might have ended lower or higher than 56billion But like you said, Ogun definitely increased her IGR in 2016 Osun too will probably increase sugbon it won't be that much. Will still end at 8billion. Still too low

Oyo may probably end up doing slightly better than the previous year thanks to aggressive moves in that direction. As for Ondo and Ekiti, I am not expecting much. Mimiko didn't show much ambition in that regard throughout his tenure. We can only hope that Aketi will be different. As for Ekiti, it's obvious that Fayose is too distracted playing politics than concerning himself with increasing the state's IGR. Overall, i think it's a welcome development that governors are now having sleepless nights over ways of increasing their IGRs in order to meet their obligations and deliver, as this will ultimately make them become less dependent on monthly allocation from the centre.

Please do. Some guy from the SS (goes by the handle Blue3k) created a thread about it some days back on NL but surprisingly it didn't hit front-page.

That's what happens when you have an omo ale like mynd44 as mod I saw what those flat headed fools did to your thread. I remember they used to delete Ileke's posts everytime she derailed their threads with pictures. Is the guy not seeing it?

Well, I think I succeeded in at least bringing the existence of the projects to light for those that weren't aware of them. At this point the gloves are off and I am always ready to hit them back hard if I have to. I think it's pretty obvious that Seun and his mods are having a field day watching the tribal exchanges. Yorubas just need to keep upping our game and showing them flatrons that they don't have a monopoly on cyber-bullying. Those haters can go and hang for all I care.

Abeg tag the two mods tomorrow to get all those guys banned and those posts removed. I know Yoruba folks who got banned for doing exactly the same thing If I were around, I'd have booked space and added some presence to the thread like we did with that Ibadan thread

And I don't understand how you mean by tagging the mods. Do I report the offensive posts or something?

They will keep disturbing the mods until they get you banned. They don't have thick skin to take insults but they can serve it No you don't need to report. They barely respond to the report button. Just @ both of them on the thread like you'd do If you create a new thread Wait till tomorrow though cos it's late over there

Well, I think Short_Biscuit , made a SLIGHT mistake. You should have waited to get at least 3 more high quality residential pictures of Osun state, before opening the thread, and not pack everything into the first post. Nonetheless, the thread was a success for Osun. they tried to derail the thread but you hit them back hard. Shebi na you be FlyoruB

Yeah. I get your point. But mehn, those ipob touts are well co-ordinated -- I give them that. It's like they're a group of hungry vultures waiting for the right moment to pounce on and derail threads, with their multiple monikers. Oh well.

I can bet you like 3 to 4 of those stupid comments on first page were probably from the same person. It is only a matter of who gets there first.

Ogun and Lagos were the only states that managed to generate more than their FA. We all forecasted this. Didn't we?
Can't wait to see Oyo join the duo. As for the other three, I expect things to take shape for them once the rail is completed and maybe a seaport in Ondo
