Lagos would have looked so much better if it was a settler colony city, which would have meant much better city planning for large parts of the interior. Till today, areas of colonial settlement remain some of the best neighborhoods in the city, except Lekki/Ajah of course and some reclaimed areas like the foreshore estates, Banana Island... and the soon to join Eko Atlantic.
