Butterscotch Oatmeal
Prep: 5 m Cook: 10 m Ready In: 15 m Serving: 3 cals: 357
Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten 1 3/4 cups milk (Lactate or Almond milk for lactose intolerant) 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1 cup rolled oats Recipe: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the egg, milk and brown sugar. Mix in the oats. When the oatmeal begins to boil, cook and stir until thick. Remove from the heat, and stir in butter until melted. Serve immediately. Source

I'm currently substituting rice for Quinoa. It's healthier, I heard. Did the switch this weekend to find out if my food allergy is coming from rice. Comment: Quinoa has a strong sense of smell, I prolly will end up not like this. I'll try it with stew, hopefully that will help. Update later. A friend suggested using cauliflower or Bulgar wheat.......update later Quinoas
