Yesterday, a friend and I biked all afternoon....... it felt soooo good! My muscles ached where I never thought it would. For a day of biking:1. 1 tablets of apple cider vineger (energy boost) 2. 2 tbsp of honey 3. Have water ready 4. Take breaks if you feel like dying o. 5. Eat well ..... high carbs for high energy..... Mehn the image was just simply gorgeous! When you've got a gorgeous view like this, biking is effortless. Our biking buddy

I need an app or gadget to track my distance/speed/time to give me accurate performance.
Still searching.

Quick update.... Been taking kickboxing classes and I must say that I love it. Last week, my whole body was in pain for a week, but it's worth it. I get to punch and kick people and things The good thing about kickboxing is that it doesn't even feel like exercise. It's so fun. By the end, you're sweating like like a pig.....after a stressful day, you just wanna punch things. My biking has been relegated to the weekend, kickboxing on the weekdays.
