...by Gov Ambode
The Awori indigenes of Ikeja division of Lagos state have accused Lagos state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode of marginalization with regards to government positions and appointments. The group who recently marched Oregun axis of Ikeja to the Lagos state House of Assembly, Alausa, Ikeja in a protest stated that from Inception of Lagos state, appointments, selection and elections were made with due deference to the five Divisional structure of the State, that is, Ikeja, Badagry, Ikorodu, Lagos and Epe Divisions but since the election of Governor Ambode, this structure has been dissolved by marginalizing the people of Ikeja division. In a statement issued by the Awori indigenes, they lamented their non-inclusion in the State Executive Council, SEC, which is highest policy making body in the state and other statutory bodies such as Civil Service Commission, Local Government Service Commission, Teaching Service Commission, Hospital Service Commission , Judicial Service Commission, Legislative Service Commission and others. “Also the appointment of over forty (40) Permanent Secretaries in the Service, only two are from Ikeja Division.” However, Hon. Bisi Yusuf, a member of the Lagos state house of Assembly who after several hours of demonstration attended to the Protestants said that the government of the day will in no way marginalize the indigenes of Ikeja and assured them that their petition shall be duely delivered to the Speaker of the House and will be critically examined. The group therefore urged Lagos state government to include more indigenes of Ikeja division in its governance for healthier growth of the state. Source

Lol, the people who paid these puppets to go on their "protest" should come out and show their face. This is all sock puppet politics, where some disgruntled piper person/or people sits behind the scenes and dictates the tune.
