Cultural ambassador
Renowned female talking drummer, Aralola Olumuyiwa better known as Ara has been appointed as a cultural ambassador of Ife Kingdom by Ooni of Ife, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi.
Sharing the good news with her fans, the talented drummer took to Facebook to post some photos she took with the 41-year-old monarch at his palace along with appreciation message;
‘With deepest appreciation to my lord, His Imperial Majesty Oba Adeyeye Babatunde Enitan Ogunwusi for appointing me cultural ambassador of his kingdom, words fail me and I cannot thank you enough sir. This is all the encouragement i need to remain steadfast and continue to promote our culture i promise to make you even more proud , the entire Yoruba race and Nigeria.
