Chet! You should be able to get your folks down here to mail you some. I now eat egusi, efo (all kinds) and ogbono - soups I used to hate a lot!
Speaking of flower, I just found out last month that Soko is a flower, in the US and planted for beautification purposes I was like wtf?! Mail me some? I don't think it's that easy and I've never thought about it. @bold Has one Yoruba chic been changing your apetite ni? Which one is soka flower?

It's best advised to drink Ginger twice daily....early in the morning and later in the evening. If you're looking to lose a few pounds.....ginger is the way to go. | 1. Determine the quantity of ginger based on how much tea you're making
2. Skin the ginger
3. Some people cut it, but I grate mine to get more nutrients out of the ginger |

| 1. Add RAW honey for taste --- you can drink it without a sweetener if you're about that life.
2. ENJOY!
3. Repeat DAILY, 2x a day.
Please don't use sugar or artificial sweetener - they're not good for you. If you don't have access to RAW honey, you can use any kind of honey. |
