I cooked my first perfect jollof rice today.
I followed this youtube video....
Instaed of using water, I used the goat stock I had left over from making goat stew (which I will also post later).
I'll post pics in a few.
It's so yummy. Yasssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

Tomatoes, bell pepper, tomatoe purée, red onions, thyme, and goat meat stock. i followed that video to a T, except I used goat meat stock.
